Podflare relay

This subdomain transparently proxies HTTPS to api.anthropic.com.
Set its parent SDK's BASE_URL env var to https://anthropic.podflare.ai —
auth headers (x-api-key / Authorization) flow through unchanged.

Why: Cloudflare's bot tier rate-limits shared datacenter source IPs
against popular CF-fronted origins. CF→CF routing inside Workers
bypasses the bot tier. Verified 20/20 parallel POSTs reliable.
